Tuna tartare at Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills, CA. Ahi tuna mixed with avocado, cucumber, and scallions and topped with micro basil, tomatoes, capers, and truffle chips. A great tuna tartare starts with the tuna and the ahi here was super fresh. Loved the mixture of ingredients and they didn't overdo any one ingredient, making sure the tuna was the star of the show. Decent portion size and the light won ton chips it came with complemented the tartare well while still bringing out all the flavors. First time at this place and absolutely loved it. Awesome service as well - knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. This place will definitely be part of my regular rotation when in the LA area!
