I had one hour between basketball games today and I was with my elderly parents at Lake Washington high school in Kirkland. Less than a mile away we found this good little Thai place tucked in the far corner of a strip mall. We ordered the usual Thai favorites in Tom Kah soup and Massaman Curry. My parents loved them both of them but the consensus favorite today was the Fresh Summer Rolls for our appetizer. We chose the tofu over chicken option and the three of us went to battle for our fair share. Six summer rolls with tofu, lettuce, carrots, and basil & vermicelli noodles wrapped in rice paper and served with their extra tasty homemade peanut sauce. Simple but light, healthy, and tasty. Great spot for lunch or casual evening dining.
