Good Food on Montford near Park Road Shopping Center in Charlotte is a happening spot with some really great dishes. My wife and I split a few items - she really liked the pork toboki rice noodle dish and I enjoyed the homemade sausage and garganelli pasta. Our unanimous favorite, however, was the green curry mussel dish. The mussels were fresh and tender and were a great vehicle to transport the star of the show, the curry broth, into our mouths. This broth was beautifully fragrant and had a sweetness from the coconut milk without overdoing it and a freshness from cilantro. The dish also comes with grilled naan - pro tip: order extra so you can sop up any remaining broth after you're done with the mussels. GFOM is pretty small, doesn't take reservations, and is very popular, so waits can be long. It is on the NoWait app, but we still had to wait at the restaurant for 30 minutes after our suggested time because it was so busy and there are so few seats. Definitely worth the wait though!
