Just like the song, this sandwich will have you dancing on your feet because you just ate the best beet sandwich of your life! In-between the toasted branny oat bun is a wild rice and beet patty, with green curry peanut sauce, kale & carrot slaw, and a garlic lime vegannaise. So. much. flavor. I loved every every single bite. The restaurant has a cozy "your mom's kitchen table" feel with a wide variety menu but honestly all I will ever want is this sandwich when I go to Marie Catrib's.
