I love BBQ ribs, and there are two places in my hometown that are in a constant tug-of-war with my heart. I've already written about the phenomenal ribs at Knuckle Suckers, but I recently went back home and got to try my other favorite ribs, so now allow me to enlighten you.
I like my BBQ sweet, smoky, and sometimes a little spicy. It's how I was raised. These ribs are everything that I love about good ribs. Outlaw's portions are always huge; the ribs are rarely wimpy. They use a very sweet brown sugar BBQ rub on their ribs that makes them perfect to eat by themselves. I just eat them straight up; no extra sauce needed. They're always cooked to fall-off-the-bone perfection. Great quality meat with a sweet rub that provides a Bigtime sweet and savory BBQ dish with a little spicy kick to it. If you're ever in the vicinity of my hometown in Louisiana and you don't give this place a try, you're missing out.
