My favorite burrito at my favorite Latin restaurant. It started as a hole-in-the-wall and has quickly grown in popularity. Everything on the menu is Bigtime, but the burrito Carolina is my favorite option. It's a burrito filled with beef, guacamole, rice, pico de gallo, sauteed onions and tomatoes, beans, and mozzarella cheese. It's basically an everything burrito. The guacamole provides a nice creamy texture that really helps to make this dish bright. The cheese and beef add that nice savory flavor. The sauteed onions and tomatoes bring a good sweet flavor. It's a complete bite, and definitely a Bigtime burrito. While I typically order tacos at a place like this, I don't think there's anything that could keep me from ordering this burrito.
