Anepalco is a spot you could easily drive by and miss as it's attached to a local hotel in the Anaheim area. While not a large restaurant, it delivers a solid menu of options. After some menu deliberation, I ordered their veggies tacos and guacamole. Each veggie was perfectly roasted (not mushy) and they served the tacos with a smokey salsa -- it added just the right amount of heat to the dish. Their guacamole was fresh and the chips were almost like a tortilla cracker, providing a nice crunch. Paired with a jalapeno margarita and anejo tequila, this was a memorable dinner experience!
