I love Southern Food and this is One of the best dishes I have ever had! They don’t skimp out on the shrimp: they are large! Perfect fact ratio with the amount of grits. And the grits is delish by itself. The bacon is a bonus and adds that je nais se quoi. This dish is definitely on the rotation.
