This local Charleston hole-in-the-wall establishment has been around since 1985 and serves some of the best crab / shrimp fried rice around. It’s a little run down from the exterior, but don’t let that deter you. Things move a little slower in the south and this restaurant is no exception...but the flavor in this bigtime dish is worth it! It's cheap and the portion size is great, too. If you're in Charleston and want a break from some of the more touristy places on and around King St and Market St., make the jaunt over to Hannibal's, order this dish and you won't be sorry.
