P = (crispy) Pork belly. B = (cashew) Butter. J = (quince) Jam. All portioned out perfectly on country bread. Man, this thing is good! Quite the rendition of a PB&J. This dish really jumped off the menu with its uniqueness and I literally had to pat myself on the back after the first bite because I knew I had made the right choice. Just a great flavor and texture combination between the crunchiness of the toasted bread and the pork, the sweetness of the jam, and the smooth saltiness of the cashew butter. Another big time bite in the books. Great service and cocktails at R&R, as well.
