FEIIL’s signature breakfast sandwich is called the ‘Yolko Ono’ and it consists of a hand-pressed house sausage patty, fried egg, avocado, homemade pesto (😍), parmesan, and ‘magic egg dust,’ in between two slices of toasted sourdough. The ‘Yolko Zeppelin’ is the same thing, just double the sausage and double the egg. The results are absolutely magical. I’d weigh 400 lbs. if I downed one of these things every day, but man are they good. The homemade pesto really sets the whole thing off and elevates this bigtime bite from a mere all-star level to full-on franchise mode...this food cart is an absolute must if you ever find yourself near downtown Portland for breakfast. Vet move #1: try the variety of local hot sauce that’s offered on the side of the truck. Vet move #2: grab extra napkins!
