Warm Kale Salad at Bluebeard's in Indianapolis, IN. Well, it might look like a plain Jane salad, but you'll have to trust me on this - this salad is Bigtime! I can probably count on two hands how many times in my life I've eaten a salad and immediately said to myself "let's run that one back." This salad was terrific and definitely in the "run it back" category and the buddy I was with said it was the best salad he's ever had. The kale itself was super fresh and although the salad was warm, the kale still had a light crispness to it without being soggy like some other warm salads. It was perfectly mixed with ham hock, red potatoes, grilled onions, basil, asiago, and almond pesto. Terrific menu and great service by knowledgable staff.
