Not only one of the tastiest desserts in recent memory, this bigtime bite is one of the most aesthetically pleasing. Chamber is one of my favorite restaurants in the PNW (s/o sunny) and it consistently delivers high-level menu items, no matter the time of day. This dessert was comprised of pistachio ice-cream, yogurt & raspberry-rose sorbets, crispy pyhllo, pistachio chantilly, and honey comb - a very memorable treat to say the least!
