We have been groomed by modern society to not go out of our comfort zone. We try to eat the same types of meals over and over again. The line from Alan Arkin in Little miss sunshine always comes to mind "Whats that chicken? Every nights its the F***ing chicken". Its good to go off the beaten path every once in a while. For those who are adventurous and even those who just want something delicious, I suggest you head over to Aga's in Houston to try their Goat Brain Masala. This was the first time that I've ever had this dish and I have to admit I was impressed. The meat is so tender and creamy, I had this with some good naan and I was in heaven. This dish should be on your bucket list of dishes to try.
