This is tied for the best Chicken dish I’ve ever had. A half chicken kissed by the grill on a plate circled with sweet strawberry honey and topped with pickled green strawberries for the perfect hint of sour - an exceptional course to an overall delectable meal. Accompanying the chicken are a couple tempura-fried asparagus for a nice crunch.
Definitely try their signature Flash-fried Collards, they taste like potato chips. Worth the journey to Kinston!
