No frills, here: just capicola, genoa salami, mortadella, provolone (*add peppers), oil, vinegar, sandwiched between some of the best sandwich bread I’ve ever encountered - not too chewy, not to soft. This thing clicks on all cylinders. Bari is an Italian convenience store (for lack of a better term) and it happens to have a counter in the back where you can order these bad boys, amongst some other bigtime bites. This is the best Italian sub I’ve ever had, hands down. Check it out next time you’re in chi-town!
