Wild Seabass at Granja Elena in Barcelona, Spain. If you like fish at all, you will love this wonderful Wild Seabass at Granja Elena. The fish was ultra fresh, like it was just caught from the nearby sea. Light and airy, it was cooked perfectly, as the flakes fell off the fish with a slight touch of the fork. Resting on top of crayfish oil, the fish was garnished with garlic and a trace of sage. Simple preparation with terrific flavors. Granja Elena is a tapas restaurant visited primarily by locals, as you won’t find many tourists there and the menus are in Spanish only (this dish is called “Lubina” on the menu). Amazing food, this is now one of my go-to spots any time I’m in Barcelona! I also love their Foie Gras.
