Shinsen on Bowery in the heart of NYC’s Chinatown is my new go to Japanese restaurant. This recently opened new hot spot is the place to go for delicious and fresh sushi! There are Japanese restaurants all over NYC that are overpriced and over hyped. Shinsen is the real deal! Check out this dish called the Ahi Tuna Tower. Made with crabmeat, tuna, avocado, and sushi rice. This dish is hall of fame worthy. Especially if you are visiting NYC for a short time, go here! This will be your fave new Japanese dish too!
