Delicate crepe filled with chicken, beef, pork, foie gras, black truffle, emmentel and parmesan cheeses. It’s a great mouthful, but if it seems like there’s a lot going on, it’s because there is. Don’t order it because you think you’ll get full foie or truffle on the palate. Do order it because it’s one of Can Font’s top recommendations for a reason.
