Dinuguan Na Bagnet is a Filipino dish consisting of tender pork belly layered in pork blood sauce. The pork belly pieces are cooked perfectly with a thick cut crispy skin and soft fatty pork meat. The adobo pork blood sauce is velvety with slight spicy taste mixed with a sweet smoky chocolate background from the adobo mixture.
