Milos is an upscale Greek restaurant on the 3rd floor of the Cosmopolitan here in Vegas. They provide a unique dining experience and certainly on the pricey side but their mediterranean cuisine is second to one. They fly in fresh fish from Greece and other parts the world and prepare it in the subtlest and most flavorful ways. Today I went with the Sea Bream (Tsipoura in Greece) based on the recommendation of one of my Greek friends. Fish was extremely flavorful and the capers and fresh lemon the perfect complements. Best part of the fish is the fish cheeks that you pull from right behind the eyes. They serve all meals with warm bread and olive oil for dipping. I also went with a side of beets and mint greek yogurt. Overall, excellent experience.
