China Poblano makes its name for its unique combination of Chinese and Mexican cuisines. Tonight I went with the Mexican side of things and my Tacos Carnitas were absolutely outstanding. I am a fan of almost anything wrapped in a warm, soft corn tortilla but these tacos took things to another level. Juicy, succulent, full off flavor, and off the charts tasty! They are made up of braised baby pig, pork rinds, spicy salsa, and verde cruda in corn tortillas. These are a must have if you visit China Poblano in Vegas.
