The dumplings at the aptly named Dumpling House in Toronto are definitely worth a stop if you're in the city. This somewhat divey, cash-only place is on the main drag of the downtown Chinatown. Their dumplings are cooked to order and come out in one circular sheet that almost looks like a pancake. I really enjoyed these because my favorite part of a typical pan-fried dumpling is the crispy fried side and the dumplings at this spot are all connected by a thin layer of those crispy bits. I've never had dumplings with this little added element, but I really liked them. The pork filling was tender and juicy, making it a great dish overall.
