We hit up our favorite spot in the Charlotte area this past weekend and I went with the Pork Arista as my main dish. The pork chop has a crust that was different than anything I've had before - it was a thick, almost crunchy crust, but gave way to perfectly tender meat. The chop sits on top of "farrotto," which is their preparation of farro to resemble risotto with a little more chew, which I really enjoyed. The pork is topped with a sweet, tangy peach mostarda which has some fresh peach chunks mixed in. As has been well-documented, you cannot go wrong with anything at Kindred. This dish is no exception and is definitely worth ordering.
