This salmon lover’s roll was a deliciously complex roll that focused on salmon. Inside was a burst of spicy salmon with cucumber and avocado. On the exterior of the roll there was more salmon, tobiko (flying fish roe), plus spicy and wasabi mayo. Would definitely eat this again! Salmon on top of salmon, how could you go wrong!?! 😁
