This yellowfin tuna from Twigs is a great appetizer to start your dinner with. Crusted in herbs and seared and served with seaweed salad, pickled ginger, wasabi aioli, pineapple gastrique, and a tempura avocado, this dish is delicious! Would and will definitely order this again!
