Lately, we've been on a search for good Peruvian cuisine, which has Spanish and Asian influences. In Portchester, there a few Peruvian restaurants to choose but we decided on El Festejo for its casual environment. The seafood fried rice was a rich combination of eggs, shrimp, calamari and scallions to make each bite a delicious one!
