10/02/18 If you are looking for steak and/or seafood in Chapel Hill, Bin Fifty-Four will not disappoint. Being from Seattle, I have consumed my fair share of Salmon. This is the first time though I have had Salmon from the Faroe Islands. Situated between Scotland and Iceland the Faroe islands are recognized as the perfect place for premium Salmon. My piece was tender, wild, and full of flavor. Combining that with some great vegetable sides made for the perfect meal.
