This is one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Called the “Cowboy”, this is a 22 oz, bone in rib eye steak, ordered in medium rare. In a city full of great steakhouses, this one truly stood out! A must have when you’re in NYC. I can’t wait for my next visit!
