My very first lobster roll and it was so good. Cousins Maine Lobster had a food truck in the neighborhood on a pretty Friday evening. The wait was outrageous - little over an hour and a half. Luckily I was with some good company so it made for solid team bonding. The line just kept getting longer and longer behind us as the evening trickled on - creating a wait of over 2 hours. Now this lobster roll was good, but I would never wait that long for any type of bites. My lobster roll was served chilled with a touch of mayo on a New England style roll. The lobster bits were chewy and I loved the New England style bread. This roll was mini and it didn’t last long at all. I only got one, but could easily have devoured 4 of these yummy rolls. Prices are steep for these, but that didn’t seem to halt people from splurging at the food truck. At one point they even ran out of buns and had to call for backup. Overall a fun first experience. Looking forward to getting a lobster roll again.
