Dry Aged Meatball at Edmund's Oast in Charleston, SC. Off the small plates part of the menu, this meatball was quite tasty, accompanied by red sauce, pickled peppers, and a trace of cheese. The meat itself was nice and tender, not overcooked at all, and the sauce was especially flavorful. Edmund's Oast is a brew pub with a lively atmosphere and tons to choose from if beer and wine is your fancy. Open for dinner only during the week and brunch on Sunday's. Small dinner menu, but nice variety at the same time. Plenty of outdoor seating and parking onsite. S/O to @mattmckayjr for the recommendation.
