I’m a big time crab cake fan. When I saw this was offered on the brunch menu I immediately got excited. It was my first time having eggs benedict crab cake style, and it’s one of those safety options that you can ensure won’t fail your brunch. Poached eggs served on a toasted English muffin with lump crab cakes topped with hollandaise sauce. Simple and delightful.
