I was in Tacoma for the week for Washington's annual state high school basketball championships. One morning my team ate breakfast at this amazing creperie downtown on Pacific Ave. The owner and operator is Tom Vigue and he was personally there preparing our food. We came in as a group of 15 and quickly filled the place up. The variety of crepes is incredible. Something healthy or something sweet; they have both. Since it was breakfast time I went for the Avocado Egg Crepe. Filled with egg, avocado, pepper jack cheese and topped with salsa, sour cream, cilantro, and green onion this crepe perfectly hit the spot. I will definitely be coming back!
