Four Guys Seafood (Lau & Oc) is a fairly new establishment just outside of Duluth, GA. Their specialty here is Vietnemse style seafood dishes and small street food like bites. On this occasion, we sampled a few of their small bites and the Giant Grilled Squid really stood out. The squid is perfectly grilled with a simple marinade of soy and a slight taste of ginger and garlic. This beast has enough chew but is soft enough where your jaw doesn’t tire. The grilling process really helps bring some smokiness to the meat and tiny bites of charred pieces bring in some crunchiness. It comes with a hoisin and siracha dipping sauce and a side of Vietnamese coriander herbs that give it a lemony bite.
