Amberjack and Red Prawn Tartare at Langosteria in Milan, Italy. I love a good tartare and Langosteria's version was unique in that it combined a nice portion of amberjack with prawns on top. Both the fish and prawns were unbelievably fresh and I loved the simple, but delicious preparation - a trace of lime and extra virgin olive oil. Langosteria is an amazing seafood restaurant with terrific food and excellent service. It's my number 1 dining in Milan, and definitely on my "can't leave Milan without going here" list. Get the tasting menu - it's BIGTIME!
