Found it. Best cheesecake spot in town. This birthday cake one is exceptional. Never had anything like it. Mixed in is vanilla cake batter and “love” according to an employee. It’s on the denser side for a cheesecake and I love every thick bite of it. Without question this is Mt. Rushmore for cheesecakes I’ve ever had. Jazzy Cheesecakes has been open for 3 years now and seems to have a loyal clientele. I sat in the store thoroughly enjoying this birthday cake cheesecake and all the customers knew the staff and held their individual friendly conversations. Good local neighborhood vibes. A notable point out too is that each customer knew exactly what they wanted when they came into the store, there was no browsing or playing which one should I get with these cheesecake lovers. Jazzy Cheesecakes offers a plethora of specialty flavors you wouldn’t typically find. Cheesecake Factory is right down the street and they’ve stolen bunch of their customers. I’ve tried their banana pudding cheesecake, pecan pie cheesecake, red velvet Oreo cheesecake, and caramel white chocolate macadamia nut. All super big time. There isn’t one I dislike. They are working on opening another location soon. For my birthday I already know what I want, in Hulk size please. Epic cheesecake smash. Get Jazzy.
