Margherita Pizza with Sausage at Nostrana in Portland, OR. I love a great wood-fired, thin crust, Neapolitan pizza, and Nostrana's version is one of my favorites. Extremely thin with a little crispiness to the crust, their Margherita pizza come with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella that is made fresh daily. I like adding sausage to it. Nostrana's pizza comes uncut along with scissors so you can cut it yourself. Nostrana is a vibrant place in a great space that was voted Portland Restaurant of the Year in 2006 and I've never had a bad meal there. Along with the pizza, I also love their pasta, fish, and rotisserie chicken.
