Totally unplanned, had no intentions on ordering this, but when I saw them bringing this dish hot out the kitchen to a table behind me, I closed my menu and flagged down the waitress. This is a big time bite. The wide rice noodles and tender slices of beef are really all you need to know about. Classic Chinese style stir fry. Once you see this dish in person it just strikes and you’ll want to order it family style on top of your other entrees. Paired mine with some sesame chicken and it was a beast meal. Absolutely love Lam’s Kitchen and it’s my new favorite Chinese restaurant in town. I sat there and finished all my food and when the waitress came by, her eyes were stunned big. Yes, it was that good, so good I wanted to enjoy and finish it all on site. It’d be disrespectful to the dish, the restaurant, and mankind to box this up.
