BBQ fans, this is a must order. Immediately as I walked in, I mentioned it was my first time and the host recommended this right off the bat and guaranteed I’d give it a thumbs up. His sales pitch and the way he described it ensured I could give full trust in his words. Didn’t even glance over the menu, I was locked in. Now looking back at their online menu description - “crispy carmelized cubes of brisket tossed in our cola BBQ sauce.” The cubes were nice and tender, especially the pieces with some fat on them, which I enjoyed the most. Good juicy flavor from the Coke BBQ sauce with a tad hint of spicy aftertaste. Didn’t notice any crispiness as the description stated, but it definitely was an outstanding chewy. Mac and cheese & hush puppies for the sides, both great southern staple options. When I return, I will try their corn bread and banana pudding. Their pulled pork nachos are worth mentioning and should be set in the middle of the table to quick switch on while taking short timeouts from the main event.
