Not much of a cupcake guy and initially didn’t intend to walk out of Sunflour with this, but I have made the right play call once again. I saw peanut butter on the description card in the display case and that’s all I needed to catch a glimpse of. If you’ve read my other reports, you’ll know I’m a humongous PB fan, and this tiny cupcake delivered first class priority overnight. The whole package was outstanding from the buttercream icing, the creamy peanut butter that’s inside, the chocolate/peanut butter swirled breading, finished with chocolate sprinkles and a squiggle of PB. Every bite of this cupcake was exceptional and Sunflour bakes some of the best quality pastries. Vet Move: Slice the bottom portion of the cupcake and sandwich it on top of the cupcake so that the icing lies in the middle. You’ll get a perfect amount of cake to icing/peanut butter ratio in every big time bite.
