Sometimes simplicity is all it takes. Meat, cheese, and tortilla came through with a POW. Ordered a quesadilla to accompany my main course of tacos and it was well worth it. You don’t need to get too crazy with quesadillas, and the good ones are packed with lots of meat without being overpowered by the cheese. Beef was far from dry and contained that Mexican grill flavor. Didn’t even need to sauce this dilla up. The cheese pulled away gently and didn’t stick on hard, which is critical when you’re chewing. This allowed the steak to be the aggressive scorer, while the cheese comfortably sat back being a role player, delivering with big time assists. Another perfect pairing with my tacos to a successful dinner.
