Great Top Sirloin at PO Press in Collierville, TN. It is actually listed on the menu as the “Local Beef Cut”, but right now it is an amazing sirloin. I had it cooked to medium rare and it was done perfectly! It is topped with sea salt and served on top of jus. It also comes with crispy potatoes served in a carrot based sauce with tomatoes as well.
