09/27/19 Uni, it is a unique morsel in the sushi world. It comes from the humble sea urchin, a creature that wanders the bottom of the ocean in search of seaweed and kelp for its next meal. The food it eats comes through in the flavor of the uni. Tsurutonton imagined this cone and created a scrumptious new package to deliver fresh uni. The cone does not distract from the rich, buttery uni flavor and they are presented in a decorative bowl filled with rice grains and adzuki beans. It is a feast for the eyes before you take a bite!
