First time trying the famous French soufflé. Extremely airy and fluffy, it just evaporates in your mouth. I believe I finished mine in under 90 seconds. Ordered the Lobster one as it was the most appealing. There was a snail option that I did a hard pass on and also a regular cheese one, but you can’t just go regular cheese on your first soufflé. Once you poke your fork in, it vanishes into clouds of egg. The lobster flavor was very light and I wish there were chunks of lobster bits inside, but you find nothing. Just airy egg, lobster flavored tofu textured puffs of cloud. Warning: this will not fill you up or even come close to satisfying any level of hunger, so I’d suggest looking elsewhere if you wish for a more hearty meal. Sort of confused as to how this even is listed as an entree. The French just eat spoonfuls of flavored egg clouds and call it good? No chance. I would understand if this was an appetizer, and prices weren’t so steep, but this thing was a whopping $32 euros. It’s good, it’s different, and worth the memory of saying I’ve tried it, but boy am I hungry. Now, let’s go get some crepes.
