New chicken spot in town, had to go scout. Simple does it with this beauty. Buns, chicken, pickles, and mayo. The chicken here is superior, and reminded me of this really good deli chicken that I used to get back home after school. Every bite of it took me back to those good days. Just look how bulky that chicken is. Good crisp and seasoned flavor on the edges, get to the middle - juicy. Chick-Fil-A fanatics must venture out and give this a bite or two. The one thing that would totally kill and make this elite would be if they used buttered biscuit buns. Let's say Bojangles biscuits (fire emoji). There are only 3 items on the menu: The Beaut, The Cheesy Beaut (+ swiss cheese), and Bossy Bites (tenders). Try the bossy sauce, which is their secret recipe. Staff wouldn't reveal what it actually is. I'll take a stab - it tasted like a combination mixture of ketchup, mayo, and honey mustard (something sweet) maybe? This place is fully staffed and they don't mess around - you're order will be ready as soon as you finish paying at the register and put your credit card back in your wallet. Got the Jimmy John's vibe in here. Staff were very chill and they recently extended their hours to dinner, staying open till 8:00 PM. I'll be back (Terminator voice).
