Big time cheesecake at Big View Diner. This bad boy almost knocked me out in the first round it was so powerful. Mixed in are salted caramel brownie bits that have crumbled off as “edge pieces” while baking and these bits are then mixed back into this ultimate peanut butter infused cheesecake. Being a huge peanut butter guy, this may be one of the best cheesecakes I’ve tried. The creamy PB resting on top of the chocolate coating smoothly spread above the main along with that crunchy crust just did it for me. Big View Diner has an array of treats that are all made in house, fresh every week. None of their desserts stay out longer than that one week period (and I doubt they could even last that long being such hot sellers). Known for their New York style inspired baking, they created a sub divide called Big View Bakery. Angelo, is the man here and I love seeing him when I come in. So many goodies to pick from and this is surely one of their best offerings that’s worth every single penny of the $5.95 spent.
