This may mark my fourth or fifth carrot cake report, but being my favorite cake flavor of all time I must shine the spotlight on this big time treat. Aesthetically it doesn’t look like much appearing as any ordinary mini Bundt cake, but one bite and you’ll discover it’s taste is sky miles far from a nothing Bundt cake. The breading is super humid. The icing is pleasing. The carrot slices are sugar glazed. The cream is volcanic, gathering pressure at the bottom and erupting from the filled inside. This little guy is packed full of power like a Bruce Lee one inch punch. It’s vegan just like all the treats at Oh My Soul and because of the high quality ingredients, I can taste a drastic difference from other grocery store bought carrot cakes (which are still in the rotation every so often). Costing a pretty penny at $10 for one, I’d say it’s worth getting two. Treat yourself, don’t cheat yourself.
