Of all the simply terrific dishes FIG (an acronym for Food is Good) prepares on a nightly basis, the ricotta gnocchi appetizer is a staple - it's never left the menu - despite their seasonal, ever-changing farm-to-table offerings. Simply put, it is the single best dish I've ever had in my life. The pasta is very rich, the bolognese pairs perfectly and is incredibly flavorful and it all literally melts in your mouth (because the gnocchi itself is apprx. 90% cheese). Stop reading this and go try it for yourself.
