A must order to accompany your main dishes. This is like the French fries to your Big Mac, it’s supposed to come with the meal. Our family orders this every visit to Jin Wah. We switch up the mains, but the sides always stay consistent. Very salty, fried pieces of squid that’s crunchy and then chewy. Love how they add in cooked onions and peppers to decorate the dish. Eat this alongside some Peking duck wrapped in a sweet steamed sticky bun with the hoisin duck sauce and some scallions on top. Good back and forth type eats to keep the tastebuds entertained. With the restaurant no longer in business, these awesome family meals will truly be missed and logged in the memory bank forever. RIP Jin Wah.
