Great dinner feast of meats at Brasa. Raleigh's version of Texas de Brazil & Fogo De Chao. Not as lavish as those places, but it holds its own. Loved the Picanha and Pao de Queijo (Brazilian cheese balls). I could solely eat those two items and be set. These cheese balls are one of the best apps/sides I’ve had at a buffet and they deserve a big mention. Super popular side bite in Brazil. Highly addictive, you’ll keep going back to grab more. They’re so chewy, poofy, and bite size too like Little Bites mini muffins. Apparently very easy to make with just tapioca flour, eggs, milk, and cheese. Brasa’s salad bar had good options, but don't get a heavy spoon there, all stomach capacity should be reserved for the meats & cheese puffs of course. Let the Arby's slogan play in your head - Brasa - "dun dun dun, we have the meats".
